Starting on January 16th, every Tuesday, Jennifer is offering a guided workshop to bring awareness to our SENSES & CHAKRAS and how they connect and affect our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic states of being.
We will begin, by noticing the flow of our energy cycles throughout the body, organs, and mind, to gain a deeper understanding of the Chakra system. Simultaneously, observing our senses and their connection to our direct experience and memories.

A multi-sensorial immersive experience, an interactive installation, that shares the wandering journey of a Modern day flaneur as she observes and explores the inner and outer landscapes of daily life. Merging creative expression, storytelling, and consciousness to engage your presence, and awaken the senses.
FLANEUR SENSE WALK - Spring / Summer edition
Join me in slowing down and tuning in, to take note of the moments through the senses and seasons of our lives. The flaneur way presents this year’s wanders, in association with the project souvenir- A SENSE of time. There will be an array of thoughtfully curated wanders, experiences, and gatherings that merge creative expression, mindful practices, and storytelling, to stimulate each of your senses and engage you in the moment. The first one of the year is in spring in Montreal. Each stroll will take you to a unique neighborhood in Montreal.
