Shoshin is a word from Zen Buddhism meaning beginner’s mind. Seeing life with fresh eyes. A flaneur is a French term to mean “ one who strolls, wanders, and observes life. Embracing these two concepts I invite you on a Flaneur Walk & Talk that unites these themes under one wandering slow Sunday in the MILE END of Montreal.

Sharing our love for the simple and ordinary beauty that lies in the every day, we will co-guide this experience. Inspired by the SHOSHIN concept, we will offer tips on observing, documenting, and ways to experiment with perspectives, narratives, themes, gear, and creative mediums.
As well, Jennifer will knowledge and tips as an artist & wellness educator, through creative mindful practices and movement exercises that engage you in the present and awaken your senses.
