Flaneur walk. talk. read

The flaneur way invites you on a WALK/ TALK/ READ.

Join me as I guide you on a creative mindful walk through the urban landscape of Montreal. We will stroll down the streets, alleyways, into a nearby park. Taking time to slow down and TUNE IN, to observe and explore the inner and outer landscapes.

As we wander, I will take breaks to READ from my latest publication MIRA CUBA The flaneur way. A book that is inspired by a journey, sensory experience, and creative process. Sharing my impressions and expressions with you, from the simple to the ordinary and all that lies in the space between.

This WALK, TALK, READ, offers guidance on the themes of creativity, wellbeing, and exploration. As well as how to be a flaneur in our everyday. This event correlates with my online course field guide to flaneuring.

Let's all take a break from our phones, screen time and step outside for some fresh air. Take a moment to connect, relate and stroll within these beautiful fall vistas.
