Drawing inward and outward

After a challenging year of uncertainty, most of us are finding ourselves in some degree of vulnerability. Either it be in the way we relate, express ourselves or survive from day to day. Finding ways to work through some of these strong feelings and emotions through a creative and mindful practice can be a START in the right direction towards healing.

This class will focus on finding beauty in our day to day. Looking and seeing the simple, and ordinary that become extraordinary when you take time to slow down and witness the intricate design and details of life.

Through different drawing, mindful and movement exercises, we will observe the practice of letting go of perfection, and control of the outcome so that we can better flow with life. Observing all the textures, shapes and contours of our inner and outer landscapes. Learning to have courage to show up, and express our authentic visions despite all the vulnerability that can exist in a given moment. We will learn to surrender to the moment, being open to allow whatever is at the time to be expressed, through the body and mind. Witnessing the many lovely layers,
